How do I keep ending up with time away from the computer?

I did spend some significant time in the real world, and I have been spending more time on the computer, though it is hard to prove. More on that in a few…

I was gone for a while because I sold my house. That is a very stressful and time consuming endeavor. Between prepping, always making sure it is in a show ready state, and then selling and moving, I was a little out of touch.

I’m sure that anyone who is aware that we live in a very technological based world (AI), things are CONSTANTLY changing! The title of this blog becomes more relevant-it seems each time that I learn a bit, it’s time to learn a new bit!

AI is everywhere, even on my own system(s). While I am unwilling to let it run rampant on my laptop, which is where I do my work stuff, I have a Mac Mini on the side where I am slowly unrolling the permissions to see what it can do.

Which brings me back to “proving” what I have done. Traditionally, your Github repo has been the place to put things. (I have used Github, but I have never been good at posting publicly, or making projects “production ready”.) Since so much playing has been local and segmented, it has been more difficult to “log” items. Recently, I have noticed that Claude Code, through the native app, has a git commit type tracker, though I don’t think that is publicly available. Aaaaand now that I am going back to verify this information, I do not see the code tally…

Stay tuned for the next post!
